He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ann Marie Dones; his sons, Genaro A. Dones, Jr. (Irene), Kenneth Dones (Robyn) and William Dones; his grandchildren, Christina Cassese, Nicholas Dones and TJ McGowan; and his children, Aria and Isabella.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the East Ridgelawn Crematory Chapel (255 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07014).
