He is survived by: his wife Maria; his daughters, Daisy Munoz (Cervando), Caroline Muniz and Migdalia Muniz-Perez (Felix); and his grandchildren, Jenice, Patricia, Gabriel, Adrianna, Emma and Andrew. He is also survived by 11 siblings, many nieces and nephews and his Godchildren.
