With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Etelvina Parada of Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on February 16, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Etelvina leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Etelvina may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alfonso Parada Alvarez. She is survived by: her children, Albertina Parada, Carmen Da Silva, Pilar Manser, Alfonso Parada, Ernestina Parada and Belen Barreto. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church (212 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07105).
