He was predeceased by: his parents, Wolodymyr Shylenko and Anna Shylenko. He is survived by: his wife Twila; his sons, Dan, Tom, Jeff and Nick; and his grandchildren, Logan, Owen, Mason, Nolan, Reagan and Sofie.
