Daria Bekesewycz Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Daria Bekesewycz of Newark, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 21, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Daria leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wolodymyr Bekesewycz and Olga Bekesewycz; her sister Natalka Bekesewycz; and her brother-in-law Jaroslaw Herman. She is survived by: her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sofia, Katie, Nicholas and Ben.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Marrocco Memorial Chapel (470 Colfax Ave, Clifton, NJ 07013). A Mass will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Nicholas' Ukrainian Catholic Church (217 President St, Passaic, NJ 07055). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (224 Westminster Pl, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663).
