It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aristides Pereira (Newark, New Jersey), who passed away on August 25, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Aristides departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Aristides may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Aristides leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aristides and Maria Augusta Pereira. He is survived by: his children, Marc Dennis Pereira (Rosana) and Sharon Pereira Marks (Justin); his granddaughters, Madeleine Avery Marks and Emilia Leigh Marks; his parent-in-law Olimpia Alves Sardo; and his sister Ana Maria Rodrigues (Daniel). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
