He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Duffy and Josephine Zwigard; his wife Helen; and his daughter Claire. He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Stanley; his children, Jeanne McCabe (Brian), Charlie III and Liz Duffy (Judd); and his grandchildren, Colin, Tim, Caroline and Liam. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
