With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas E. Coghan in New Providence, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on May 11, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Coghan and Gertrude Coghan; and his siblings, Dorothy Chizek and Joseph. He is survived by: his wife BJ; his children, Jeff (Jackie) and Sharon Scarpa (Matt); his grandchildren, Molly, Caroline, Will Coghan, Ryan, Connor and Keegan Scarpa; and his sister Geraldine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
