It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tamara M. Tobitsch of New Providence, New Jersey, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Kathy and Tom; her brother Tim; her sister-in-law Mary; and her grandmother Agnes.
