She was predeceased by: her parents, Adelaide Forcino and Ernest Forcino. She is survived by: her husband Gerard "Jerry" Sachsel; her sons, Jonathan Sachsel (Melissa) of Massachusetts, Gregory Sachsel (Caroline) of New Jersey and Richard Sachsel of Massachusetts; her brother Ernest Forcino (Frances) of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Luke, Zachary, Charlie, Noah and Xander; and her nephews, Geoffrey and Bryan Forcino of Pennsylvania.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be in her memory to the Shriners Hospitals for Children or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
