She was predeceased by: her daughter Mary Katherine. She is survived by: her husband Thomas W. Surman III; her sons, Thomas W. Surman IV (Donna), Michael E. Surman (Elizabeth) and NJ; her siblings, Martha Prezuhy, Michael Prezuhy (Janis) and John Prezuhy; her niece Courtney O'Neill; and her nephew John Prezuhy, Jr.. She is also survived by many relatives, extended family members and dear friends.
