He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell A. Norris and Marjorie Norris; and his brother James Norris. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Norris (Kelly) and Lauren Norris; his stepdaughter Donna Cannon Miller (Mike); his sister Germaine Uhlman; and his niece Jessica Uhlman.
