We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2023, at the age of 86, Mary Chin of New Providence, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank H. Wong and Dow Nuey Wong; her husband Allen Chin; her children, Karen, Ken and Mike; her siblings, Warren Wong of Leesburg, FL, David Wong (Lynn) of Metuchen, NJ and Virginia "Ginny" Lau (Hank) of Randolph, NJ; her niece Karen Chin of Franklin, TN; her nephews, Kenneth Chin (Ellie) of Madison, WI and Michael Chin (Cristina) of Berkeley Heights, NJ.; her granddaughter Amanda Chin of Nashville, TN; and her siblings, George Wong and Betty Ming.

“Mary was a special person. Although it was apparent that she often felt poorly, she never complained, She was always kind and interested in others. She enjoyed playing Rummikub every week with three other female friends. I was lucky to make her acquaintance by being one of these three other players. I shall miss Mary, but I feel certain she is happy in Heaven. Sincerely, Andrea Heft”
