It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Anne Puorro of New Providence, New Jersey, born in Belleville, New Jersey, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Manna and Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Manna; and her brother Jerry Dugan. She is survived by: her husband Chris Puorro; her children, Natalie Giammarino (Frank), Danielle Trentacost (Victor) and Christopher Puorro (Liliana); her sister Doreen Slater (Jim); her grandchildren, Ava Bella, Giuliana, Olivia Giammarino and Mia Trentacost; and her sister-in-law Janice Dugan. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to The Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke.
