She was predeceased by: her husband Robert John Hlavacek; and her brother George Stanley Rogers Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Susan Hlavacek, Douglas Hlavacek (Christy) and Judith Sheldon (Scott); her grandchildren, Robert Hlavacek, Hannah Sheldon, Patrick Hlavacek and Sarah Moshe; and her great grandchild Milo Hlavacek.
