He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Unterwald (Pastore). He is survived by: his wife Doreen Ferro Unterwald; his daughters, Samantha Heffernan and Katharine Unterwald; his father Frank Charles Unterwald; and his sisters, Ellen Unterwald (Garry Takle) and Meg Benson (Van Benson).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Valley Memorial Funeral Home (1012 Valley Rd, Gillette, NJ 07933).
