He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys (John Smozanek) and NJ. He is survived by: his wife Adrienne; his stepdaughters, Donna Spangler (Michael) and Debra MacKrell (Edward Malnak); his sister Ruthann Hladik (Matthew); his grandchildren, Kate and Matthew; his niece Laura Hoffman (Hladik); and his nephew Stephan Hladik.
