It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Cadmus of New Providence, New Jersey, born in Summit, New Jersey, who passed away on September 12, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Rose (Conroy) and Edward John McGowan; her husband Charles Howard Cadmus, Sr.; her daughter Sandra Ann Moran; and her brother Edward J. McGowan.
She is survived by: her children, Charles H. Cadmus, Jr. (Christine), Patricia Ann (Atwell Haines), Deborah (James Timony), Kathleen (James Emmerich) and Barbara Ann (Michael Closs); and her sister-in-law Marie McGowan. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Valley Memorial Funeral Home (1012 Valley Rd, Gillette, NJ 07933). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
