She is survived by: her children, Rita Polverino (Frank Polverino), Dr. Michael Mazzarisi (Sherry Mazzarisi) and Ernest Mazzarisi (Christine Mazzarisi); her grandchildren, David, Jeffrey, Alexandra and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Cayden and Jayce; her sister Marion Dellanno; and her sister-in-law Madeline Verlingo.
