He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Maria Petty; his children, Emma Osoria (Eugenio, Lourdes Giorgio), Cora Terzo (Vincent J.) and Alfredo Balleras, Jr. (Pelita); his grandchildren, Alexa, Corvin, Amber, Vincent A., Gianmarco and Isabella; and his siblings, Norlinda Rodriguez, Carmelita Nunez, Rolando D. Balleras and Remedios Cruz.
