She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Nicholas Petzak. She is survived by: her daughter Patti Marie Bumm; her son-in-law Wayne G. Bumm; her son Gary Joseph Petzak; and her daughter-in-law Michelle Marie Petzak. She is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
