He is survived by: his wife Regina Havens (Diblin); his daughters, Julia Swanson (Robert) of Woodbridge, VA and Margaret Livingston (Daniel) of Riverton, WY; his brother James Havens of Virginia Beach, VA; and his grandchildren, MacKenzie Swanson, Cameron Swanson and Kaitlyn Livingston.
