He is survived by: his sons, Raymond Curtis (Bernadine) and Scott Curtis (Annie); his grandchildren, Craig (Laurel), Cassidy, Kendall and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Cody and Greydon; and his brother Larry Curtis.
