He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin B. Buckalew and Lottie V. Buckalew; his siblings, Marion Hance, Carolyn Bishop and Shirley Savage; his grandson Jeffrey Buckalew; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Buckalew.
He is survived by: his wife Maude Buckalew of New Egypt; his children, Hilton Buckalew, Jr. (Joanne) of New Egypt, Keith Buckalew (Nancy) of Laurel, DE, Cheryl Mohr (Carl) of New Egypt and Jeff Buckalew of New Egypt; his grandchildren, Shaun (Margie Buckalew), Amy Billings (Mark Lenarski), Keith Jr. (Kelly Buckalew), Melissa (Steve Jaczko), Kyle (Meredith Mohr), Justin (Crystal Buckalew) and Josh Buckalew; and his sister-in-law Marion Pullen of Allentown. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
