He was predeceased by: his father Victor Kazio. He is survived by: his mother Christine Kazio of Forked River; his wife Laura Kazio (Evangelista); his sons, Tyler Victor Kazio of Wall Township and Tanner Frank Kazio of New Egypt; his daughter-in-law Christina Kazio; his grandson Kade Easton Kazio; and his brother Victor Kazio.
