He was predeceased by: his father Bill Mowery; and his aunt Sharon Van Arsdale. He is survived by: his mother Victoria Mowery; his son Tomas Mowery of Jacobstown; his siblings, MaryAnn Holley (Lawrence) of Browns Mills and Shawn Mowery (Amanda) of Jacobstown; and his nephews, Andre, Derrick, Dante and Michael. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
Facial coverings and social distancing are required with a maximum of 25 people inside the funeral home at a time.
