With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan E. Gruca (New Egypt, New Jersey), who passed away on December 25, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Danser and Marion Danser; and her sister Dorothy Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Andy Gruca; her children, Cheryl Correa and Andy Gruca (Cheryl); her siblings, Shirley Polhemus and Wesley Danser (Linda); her grandchildren, Larry Correa (Maria Matos-Chois), Kristy Benjamin (Kai), Kyle Gruca (Rebekah Biddulph), Casey Wayne (Josh), Fredy and Henry Montoya; and her great grandchildren, Brianna Addison (Justin), Kahealani Benjamin, Kainoa Benjamin, Audrey Wayne and Clay Wayne.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
