She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Spain and Tracy Spain; her husband Stanley H. Johnson; her daughter Susan L. Eames; and her siblings, Harold, Joseph Spain and Helen Parrish.
She is survived by: her son-in-law David Eames of New Egypt; her grandchildren, Heather Borsuk (Jason), Keith Eames (Erica), Patricia Sheehan, Steven Belles (Samantha), Daniel Johnson and Dale Johnson; her stepgrandchildren, Steven Berrios, RJ Lees and Brandon Lees; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Eames, Colton Sheehan and Declan Sheehan.
