She was predeceased by: her parents, George Halpin and Verna Halpin (Johnson); her husbands, Lawrence "Larry" Wilkins and George Walton; her siblings, George, Edwin Halpin and Joy Youmans; and her stepgrandson James "Boomer" Walton.
She is survived by: her friends, Janet and Bart Amburgey; her sons, William "Wink" (Lori Wilkins), Robert "Bob" (Beth Wilkins) and Charles "Buddy" (Jo Ann Wilkins); her stepchildren, George Walton (Carol) of Clayton, NC, Ronald Walton (Julie) of Surf City, NJ, James Walton (Dawn) of Columbus, Mary Ann Tilghman (Dennis) of New Egypt and Janice Walton of Pleasantville; her sister Ruth Archer of Pt; and her half-brother Robert Halpin (Nancy) of Randleman, NC. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 step-grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren plus one on the way; 9 step-great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
