He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Bruno. He is survived by: his children, Racquel M. Bruno of New Egypt and Dennis R. Jr of Milltown; his daughter-in-law JulieAnne Bruno of Milltown; his grandchildren, Molly Fink, Benjamin Bruno and Charlotte Bruno; and his siblings, Robert Bruno of East Brunswick, Mark Bruno of South River, Christopher Bruno of North Brunswick and Concetta Pfeil of East Brunswick.

He was surrounded for days by the love of his family after an aggressive fight with Alzheimer 's disease.
