It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra A. Tilghman of New Egypt, New Jersey, born in Somers Point, New Jersey, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Tilghman and Richard Tilghman; her stepmother Mae Tilghman; and her brother Douglas Tilghman. She is survived by: her siblings, Wendy Tilghman and Dennis Tilghman (MaryAnn); her niece Delaney Redford; and her nephews, Charles "Chip" and William "Liam" Redford. She is also survived by many cousins, friends.
