She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Jewels and Carol Ann Jewels. She is survived by: her brother Brian Jewels; her grandfather Stephen Diaz; and her aunts and uncles, Lisa (Jim Ryan), Stephen (Susan Diaz), Anthony (Denise Diaz), Laura Jewels and Barbara Jewels. She is also survived by many cousins, neighbors and friends.
