She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Zach and Veronika Zach (Guzowski); and her niece Veronika Sportack. She is survived by: her sisters, Eleanor Sportack, Josephine Dymowski and Marie Zach; and her nieces and nephews, Laura, Michael, Debi, Joe, Diane, Nick and Dolly.
