He is survived by: his siblings, Moses, Anita Muldrow of Keansburg, N. J., Rosemary Ellis of Matawan and Elizabeth Rawlinson of Matawan; his son Colin Howard; and his sister-in-law Carol Harvey of California. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
