He was predeceased by: his mother Pura Cruz Medina; his wife Siobhan; and his sister Catherine Chiles. He is survived by: his sisters, Cindy M. Lugo and Bernadette "Bonnie" Lugo; his nieces and nephews, Aaron, Kayla Martinez, Jasmin M. Morrison, Matthew Chiles, III and Christina M. Lugo-Cruz; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joel, Josiah Morrison, Ayonna, Aaron, Jr., Martinez, Aleah Narvaez, Jordan, Jayla and Taj Noel Chiles.
