He is survived by: his children, Brian Polansky of Monmouth Junction, Frank Polansky, Jr. (Vickie) of Cranford and Frances Kortbawi (David) of Escondido, California; his grandchildren, Geoffrey, Jennifer Kortbawi, Tommy, Stephen Clickner (Samantha), Nicholas and Bryan Polansky; his stepgranddaughters, Amanda Prunty (Brendan) and Alyssa Vogas (Frank); his great grandchildren, Kash and Loreli Clickner; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Quinn, Parker Prunty and Cole Vogas.
