He was predeceased by: his father Francis Neal. He is survived by: his daughter Jeannine Neal of Dover, DE; his mother Diane Neal of New Brunswick; and his siblings, Jennifer Griffin, Aleacheia Stephens and Richard Neal of New Brunswick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
