She is survived by: her children, Elyse (Kyle Daniele) of Middlesex, NJ and Erik Harris; and her siblings, Mark Hess (Sean), Michelle Ford (Bill), Lucille Hess and Luke Hess (Marta). She is also survived by her seven nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in loving memory of Chris to the Arbor Day Foundation, the ASPCA, and Planned Parenthood.
