It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Skowronski of New Brunswick, New Jersey, born in Duryea, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 8, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Anne 'Vargo" Skowronski; and his siblings, Lottie and Thomas. He is survived by: his brother Bernard (Louise); his daughter Luanne Sozio (Philip); his grandchildren, Mark Sturtevant (Brooke), Melissa Aker (Earl), Matthew Sturtevant (Ron Mento) and John Sozio (Lesley); his great grandchildren, Antonio, Nicholas, Dylan, Brandon, Joseph, Jacob and Phoebe Anne; his son-in-law Mark Sturtevant; and his nephew Benjamin Killino.
Due to covid-19 restrictions, attendance at Mass will be limited to 70 attendees and proper facial covering must be worn both at the viewing and at mass. Entombment in Holy Cross Burial Park, East Brunswick will be held privately.
