He is survived by: his wife Milagros Ortiz; his children, Blanca Velez, Nilsa Romero, Angel Ortiz, Carlos Ruben, Robert, Orlando and Daniel Ortiz; and his siblings, Frank Ortiz, Zoraida Salvat, Iris Ortiz, Nilda Delvalle and Ana Perez A. He is also survived by grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
