She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Spinelli-Frio and Salvatore Frio; her daughter Gina Lowthert; and her brother James Frio. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jenna Lowthert, Kristina Sodano (Lowthert) and Chris Sodano; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Alexandra; and her nieces and nephews, Dawn Quiles (Frio), Joe Quiles, Danielle Quiles, Debbie Lee and Jim Lee. She is also survived by many friends, neighbors and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Rosie's name would be appreciated to one of her favorite charities.
