He is survived by: his wife Frances; his son Christopher Fazio (Tammy); his grandchildren, Logan and Ravyn Fazio; his sister Joanne DeFelice; his niece Cynthia Parello (Ron); his nephew David DeFelice (Stephanie); and his great-nephews, Ryan Farrell, Anthony DeFelice, Davey DeFelice and Stephen DeFelice.
