With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thelma Braggs of Neptune, New Jersey, born in Savannah, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 22, 2024 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Brown, Sr. and Dorothy Brown,; her brother Leroy Brown, Jr. (Roseanne Brown); her sons, Bobby and Donald Lyles; and her sons-in-law, Frank Edwards and Richard Tyler.
She is survived by: her children, Donella Edwards, Barbara Tyler and Carl Braggs; her grandchildren, Felicia Edwards, Shawnequa Kirkpatrick, Tiffany Martin (Roderick Martin), Carl Braggs, Jr. and Darnell Braggs; and her great grandchildren, Drifton Braggs, Bryce Braggs-Smith, Dreysen Braggs and Railynn Braggs.
