He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Otten and Mildred Otten; his sister Shirley Spacek; and his brother-in-law Robert Midgley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Otten (Midgley); his sons, Kenneth (Theresa), Lawrence (Donna) and David (Maryann); his grandchildren, Heather (Jeff), Eric (Samantha), Keith, Shannon (Kevin), Kelly (Nolan) and Rob; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Crew, Owen and Riley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Waitt Funeral Home & Cremation Service (501 Hwy 79, Morganville, NJ 07751). A prayer was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holmdel Cemetery (900 Holmdel Rd, Holmdel, NJ 07733).
