He is survived by: his wife Barbara Otten (Midgley); his sons, Kenneth (Theresa), Lawrence (Donna) and David (Maryann); his grandchildren, Heather (Jeff), Eric (Samantha), Keith, Shannon (Kevin), Kelly (Nolan) and Rob; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Crew, Owen and Riley.
