With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Allen (Neptune, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 20, 2025 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Allen to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Allen and Bill Allen; his brothers, Rudy and Edward Allen; his daughter Lyhomma Smith; and his granddaughter Ebony Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Allen; his daughters, Poppy Pettis, NJ Cynthia Love (Roy), Barbara Pettis (Oliver) and Amy Heggs (Sam); his stepchildren, Larry Armentrout, Kell Alicia and Andrew Armentrout; and his siblings, Margaret Allen of Mobile, AL and Albert Allen of Mobile, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ely Funeral Home (3316 NJ-33, Neptune City, NJ 07753). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
