She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Alexander and Olive Alexander (Harvey); her husband James Scott Luckey; her siblings, Betty Evans, Grover Alexander, Margie Simmons and Charles Alexander (Bunky); and her aunt Dorothy Harvey (Sackie).
She is survived by: her children, Derek Alexander (Karen), Deborah Alexander, Denise Richardson (Carl), Dedra Saprong (Kwaku), Charles Luckey (Lakeeta), Dwayne Luckey and Sonya Montgomery (Price); her grandchildren, Taniya, Darnell, Tivona, Adrian, Tamara, Tierra, Nekida, Tyrone, Charles Jr., Derek Jr., Michael Jr., Alyssa, Janet, Tyrell, Brandon, Tayana, Dwayne Jr., Tyreek, Keandra, Jamir and Jamel; and her brothers-in-law, Oliver Stokes and Edward Evans. She is also survived by 27 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
