It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of MacK Owens of Neptune, New Jersey, born in Elizabeth, Louisiana, who passed away on June 4, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Pierce and Ethel Pierce; and his children, Mark Owens, Jr. and Regina Owens. He is survived by: his wife Christine Owens (NJ) of Neptune, NJ; his daughters, Valerie and Lori Owens of Louisville, KY; the mother of his children Delores Owens of Louisville, KY; and his grandchildren, Major Mack Owens, III (Maria), Christopher Owens of Louisville, KY and Adrienne Tennyson of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, thirteen great-great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
