He is survived by: his parents, Anne Marie Cummins and John Patrick Cummins Sr.; his brother James MacConchie; his sister-in-law Meagan MacConchie; his sister Eimile Cummins; his nieces, Cali, Skylar, Brynn and Kenzie MacConchie; his grandmothers, Patricia Cummins and Joan Kelly; and his friends, Scott Barchi, Dylan Bale and Kyle Voloshin.
