He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rhoades and Hazel Jennings. He is survived by: his wife Liz; his children, Ben (Rachel) of Fort Lee, NJ and Sarah (Varina) of Neptune City, NJ; his granddaughter Violet of Fort Lee; and his sister Jan of San Francisco.
The family requests that donations be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Joe's memory.
