He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Jenkins of Neptune, NJ; his children, Tawanda L. Cooper of Neptune, NJ, Gerald B. Cooper of Neptune, NJ and Jesse Maurice Jenkins, Jr. of Neptune, NJ; his sisters, Beatrice Willis of Dorchester, MA, Anne Ruth Ridley of Perris, CA, Brenda J. Terrell of Neptune, NJ and Joan Willis of Neptune, NJ; and his siblings-in-law, PeggyAnn Ellison of Tampa, FL, Jennatta Cooper of Ocean Twp, NJ, Gwendolyn Kendricks of Buffalo, NY and Donald Cooper of Buffalo, NY. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
